  The village of Glen Maye is situated on the beautiful West coast of the island about a ten minute drive form the Town of Peel.  Well known for it’s spectacular Waterfall and lovely beach it is also a great starting point for many of the islands coastal and moorland footpaths. A five minute walk form Waterfall Barn and Ballakerkey Cottage leads you through a breathtaking gorge down to the beach.  A mixture of sand and pebbles, rock pools and caves.  Steep in history and legend many traditional tales originated from this area.
