Magnificent open plan living room, running the whole length of the upper floor.  Featuring exposed 'A' frame beams, wooden floors with rugs, comfortable sofas, pictures, book shelves, feature lighting, satellite TV, video, C.D player and surround sound.  The living room leads to an open galleried dining area and modern hand crafted oak kitchen with feature canopied stove, Belfast sink, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer, (full itinery on request).

The Ground Floor

Comprises tiled entrance porch, galleried hall with staircase, beneath which, is a washer dryer and cloaks cupboard.

Twin bedroom -- this is a lovely room with fitted wardrobes dressing table, T.V. The gable window looks out onto beautiful farmland and during Easter you may have lambs at your window!
Adjacent to this room is a large shower room, with w.c and wash basin.

Master bedroom -- with en suite. This is a large double room with fitted wardrobes, dressing table, T.V. and surround sound.  Luxury en suite bathroom with whirlpool bath, w.c and wash basin.

Outside. Large lawned garden, with gravelled barbeque area, table and chairs.  Bordered on one side by a paddock.

Children are very welcome however due to the open galleried landing the barn may not be suitable for under 5's.

Car Parking -- private parking for two cars. Although the bus stop is a five minute walk away, we recommend you consider hiring or bringing your car as there are only two buses a day!

Pets -- Whilst we are animal lovers, we regret that as the barn is surrounded by a sheep farm we are unable to allow any pets.
